Product Introduction

3D bending fence, also known as V-bend fence or peach post fence, is automatically welded with high-quality low-carbon steel wire. Multiple V-shaped 3D bends are designed on mesh panels to form a stable triangular mechanical structure. Different from ordinary flat fences, it combines security protection, transparent vision and modern appearance. It has become a mainstream perimeter isolation solution for municipal projects, industrial parks and residential communities. Modular assembly enables easy installation. Adopted double anti-corrosion treatment, the fence resists rust and color fading for long-term outdoor application, balancing practical performance and landscape aesthetics.

Core Advantages

✅   3D V-shaped reinforcing ribs disperse impact force based on triangular mechanics. With the same wire diameter, it owns much higher rigidity than flat mesh, anti-collision and deformation-resistant. Curved surfaces increase climbing difficulty and upgrade security level.

✅   CNC resistance spot welding fuses horizontal and vertical steel wires integrally without cold solder joints or falling-off welding points. Edges are polished to remove burrs to avoid scratches. Even force distribution ensures no cracking after long-term service.

✅   Double-layer protection: base material → hot-dip galvanized /electro-galvanized substrate → polyester powder coating or dipping plastic. It withstands sunlight, rain, salt alkali and frost, anti-UV and color-fading resistant. Service life outdoors can reach more than 10 years.

✅   Open mesh brings transparent vision without depression. Simple and modern lines with optional colors: green, white, black, grey. Perfectly match industrial parks, municipal roads and villa districts.

✅   Standard mesh panels matched with optional posts (peach-shaped posts, square posts, round posts), assembled with anti-theft clips and bolts. Suitable for flat ground and slopes. Easy for later maintenance; damaged single panel can be replaced separately.

Raw material selection (Q235 low carbon steel wire) → CNC wire cutting → Automatic welding → Hydraulic 3D bending → Burr polishing → Pickling & phosphating → Hot-dip galvanizing base layer → High-temperature electrostatic powder coating / plastic dipping → Finished product inspection → Packing & Delivery
